Higgs Young Architects gained planning approval for a new shopfront in the Dorset Square Conservation Area.  The design includes a York stone paved ramp for level access to the ground floor dentist practice and second door  for separate access to residential above. The shopfront was designed using archive historic photos to create authentic 19th century details including timber pilasters, console brackets, stall riser, fascia and glazing.
