2004 RIBA International Competition 2nd prize 2004

Higgs Young Architects won second prize in 2004 in a RIBA international competition for waterfront residential at Lytham St Annes on the Ribble Estuary, Lancashire. The Masterplan included a marina and new riverside walk with a mixed development of flats, houses, business and retail uses.
