Three storey L shaped courtyard houses with south facing living spaces and green roof terraces. Flexible internal layout provides house or flat variations with either north or south entrance. A solar thermal and photovoltaic roof over garage, circulation and live work study provides “future proofing” and 60 % renewable energy. The  design was published in Building Design 23 January 2009 and exhibited in Cube Gallary Manchester in February 2009
