The 1800m2 building includes administration offices, showroom and specialist product presentation areas for the Porcelanosa product range a design studio, separate conference room, product library and training centre  for staff, clients and fitters. Elevation materials for the building are the Porcelanosa Stonker ceramic tile  similar in colour and appearance to natural stone to contrasts with double height glazing on the curved frontage and display windows.   Whereas a typical tile has colour and pattern printed as a vitreous layer on top of the biscuit or the tile body; Stonker has the same structure, material and finish throughout the tile therefore giving the same unaltered surface and appearance throughout the passage of time or wear. The cost of 1800 m2 shell and fit out was approximately £3.5 million.
