Gabrielle Higgs  and Gary Young won  the  Europan housing competition project in Haarlem, Netherlands in 1993 and established the  company  Higgs Young Architects Ltd.

Gary Young,  the director,  leads the company providing expertise in masterplanning, urban design and architecture with built projects in UK, Europe and Asia.
