Design for an extension to a 4  storey listed Georgian corner house in the conservation area. The rear extension replaces an existing single storey garage with three storey street infill including basement with light well creating three flats. Elevations use contemporary detail with render, shadow gap, timber shutters and glazing frame detail in traditional proportion to add to the time change continuum. New cast iron railings on new basement areas will extend the existing fine grain streetscape detail.
