Gary Young designed the masterplan  with Anshen Dyer and Terry Farrell and Partners for an extension to Kings College UCL incorporating new academic and laboratory buildings for PFI for European Land & Property.

The London Bridge proposals comprise a new 40,000m2 laboratory and teaching building creating a new campus garden centred on the old Guys Hospital and the existing Medical School buildings which are to be rufurbished.

The refurbishment of Cornwall House on Waterloo Bridge Road created 50,000m2 of laboratories and teaching facilities including new lecture theatres and student social areas with glazed atria created from the existing lightwells.
