Masterplan for Mixed use retail, business, sport, leisure and transport interchange,
Wembley Park Buisness Community =and London Borough of Brent
 

 Gary Young with the Wembley Park business community designed an alternative masterplan for Wembley Park to provide a phased development with new ground level stadium,  the existing Wembley stadium converted for sport and leisure uses,  with vehicle access and car parking, bus  and rail transport interchanges . Supported by the community,  the logic of the alternative masterplan was not accepted by the Wembley stadium owners  or Brent Council, resulting in the demolition of the existing Wembley Stadium and a decade of disruption.
