A masterplan designed by Gary Young with Farrells and Robson Planning Consultancy has regenerated a quarter of Birmingham with new public squares and streets, improved links with the ICC, Arena and the city centre.  The mixed use development on Broad Street creates a destination with canal retail and restaurants, a business district with high quality public realm and new residentila with link to the surroundings across the canal.
