Logistics warehouses, Kassel Germany
Masterplan and building design concept for Magna Park in Kassel Germany, a multi warehouse rail access logistics park for Volkswagen, DHL, SMA, Zufall and the auto industry supply chain. The masterplan commenced in 2003, has established the unique Gazeley Germany brand of high quality logistic platforms, identifiable with the fading blue elevations which blend into the landscape and the sky. Warehouses include timber laminated structure and roof mounted photovoltaic panels. Unit 7 of 25,000m2 was completed in 2017.
